Why am I being asked for a password after entering my card details?
To keep your transaction secure, we use Verified by Visa , Master Card Secure Code and SafeKey as part of our checkout process. If you have not used this service before, you will need to register your details and create a password for your debit or credit card. Once you have done this, you must use the same password for all online transactions made with that card. Please, use the above hotlinks to find out more, before you submit the transaction.
When do you charge my credit/debit card?
Your card will be charged at the time of placing your order, irrespective of your chosen delivery option. Please note that you will be asked for your credit or debit card security number when you place your order. This is the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment then we will not be able to accept your order.
Complete your order by adding all required items to your online Shopping Bag. Once you reach Payment Information screen, you should choose PayPal as your payment method. Please, follow further on-screen instructions.

You can also send us a bank transfer with payment for your order. Our bank account details can be seen on the checkout, after selecting ‘Bank Transfer’ option as payment method. Please note that unpaid orders can be kept for you for 3 working days. Once you send us the bank transfer proof, the goods will be reserved in our warehouse for you.
PRODUCT WARRANT AND RETURN POLICY
Most items sold by Joadstores.com are covered by the following warranty and returns policy.
1. If you are not satisfied with a product because it is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund. All returns must be done within 7 Days of receipt of merchandise according to tracking number. Please note that shipping fee is not refunded.
2. Defective merchandise must be claimed within 7 Days of receipt of goods according to tracking number. Customer must send the Images of damaged item and damaged areas along with the product returns FORM.
3. If the product works but you do not wish to retain it, you can also send it back within a 30 day period for a refund. In this case, we will charge a 15% restocking and handling fee. We also do not refund the shipping fee.
Note: Refunds are only available within a period of 7 days after you receive the product.
4. If a product doesn't work, you can send it back to us for exchange provided it is within three months of the purchase date. As the buyer, you will pay the shipping fees for returning the original item back to us, and we will pay the shipping fees for resending the item to you.
Note: If the buyer has damaged the item(s) and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of the components and you will be responsible for all the shipping fees.
5. Custom made products may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). If you keep returning back the item, we will charge you 50% restocking fee and you will be responsible for all the shipping fees.
6. Most items covered by the Product Warranty can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product as per our Return Policy.
